We are looking for a Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d) in full-time at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintenance and further development of the quality management system based on ISO 9001
• Regulatory-compliant design of the CoP procedure for type approvals of motorhomes
• Disciplinary management of the department
• Ensuring production-accompanying quality assurance for the assembly of motorhomes
• Responsibility for quality controls throughout the entire assembly process
• Definition of quality standards for work processes and procedures
• Quality pre-planning for existing and new products in cooperation with the design department
• Supplier management and operational handling of complaints with suppliers
• Processing customer complaints and communication with dealers as well as on-site assessment of complaints in cooperation with customer service

Our Requirements for You

• University of Applied Sciences degree in a technical field, technician training or comparable education or further training
• Good knowledge of quality management systems (at least ISO 9001, preferably also IATF 16949)
• Experience in applying common quality management methods in a medium-sized environment (8D, PDCA, APQP, FMEA)
• Experience in employee leadership and motivation in an industrial environment
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working even in stressful situations
• Ability to reflect and willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Experience with type approval of vehicles is an advantage
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, additional language skills are an advantage
