Our company do not have a showroom, our location is only for production.
However, you are welcome to ask our trade partners whether they have your desired vehicle available in the place.
We are very excited that you have decided to purchase a FRANKIA motorhome. Please contact your dealer for questions regarding delivery times and technical issues. Your dealer will have all of the information you need and can discuss your requests with our order department.
Please contact your dealer with all questions and change requests. Changes and requests imply changes in the purchase contract that you signed with your FRANKIA dealer. As the manufacturer, we can only accept changes, etc. from FRANKIA partners.
FRANKIA offers a 7-year water ingress warranty provided the motorhome is inspected once a year at an authorised FRANKIA partner. The first inspection must be done 12 to 14 months after the vehicle is first registered.
The roof hatches in your motorhome are largely equipped with forced ventilation in accordance with DIN EN 721. For Mini-Heki this is achieved with a non-built-in seal and for Midi-Heki and Heki III with a semi-seal. FRANKIA and our partners are not allowed to close these apertures.
